1. What is your exchange policy?
    All hair extensions are exchange only and cannot be returned. We are happy to exchange your unopened Hair Extension set within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. Due to hygienic reasons we only exchange items that have not been opened, worn or tampered with. The void sticker cannot be ripped or broken. We offer exchanges for sets within the same range and category and exclusively exchangeable for color.  


  1. Why are my Hair Extensions non-exchangeable if opened?Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product.  We can't accept opened items for the safety of all of our clients.

This is common practice for all hair ethical extensions suppliers for the same reasons.


  1. How can I exchange my hair extensions for the right color?

Please contact us at (service@alafoliehair.com) withing the thirty (30) day exchange period.

All hair and packaging must be in original condition with ties intact. You will notice your hair will arrive in two separate hair nets. The small bundle is your test piece and you can test this piece against your hair to see it if matches. Do not remove any ties attached. All the hair, including the tester, must be returned back for exchange.

We will then provide you with our return address and further instructions. Opened merchandise will not be exchanged.


  1. Do I have to pay for the shipping of my exchange?
    You are responsible for all exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as A La Folie Hair will not be held responsible for lost returns


  1. When will I receive my exchange?
    We will send you the different color hair extensions after we have received, inspected, and confirmed that the returned hair extensions were not opened, which is protected by a security seal.


  1. What is the exchange period?
    We will provide an exchange for unopened hair extensions within industry leading thirty (30) days of the date that you receive your hair extensions.


  1. Shipping additional information

All delivery and shipping fees are nonrefundable, including the return label fee for Returns. A La Folie Hair does not reimburse for duties or taxes incurred by your home country. Any packages that were returned due to abandonment or returned to sender will be refunded with the deduction of incurred expenses; a minimum $25 return to sender fee is applied to these orders.

Orders within the USA or Canada will be provided a Return Label, we recommend using this label to send back your item(s) in case of need of exchange.

If you pefer to use your own label, we recommend that all returned packages are sent back with a tracking number. If your order is sent back without a tracking number A La Folie Hair is not responsible for any lost or damaged packages. Please be advised all packages must be shipped following the return instructions provided. Any returns shipped with customs/duties fees attached will be rejected and returned to the sender. Please ensure the package clearly states "return, no duties".
